Camp Attendant

Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is looking to fill Camp Attendant positions at our 5A lodge located in Merritt, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall hygienic conditions of the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways and laundry rooms. Reporting to the designated Supervisor, the successful candidate will work a 20 days on and 10 days off rotation, which may include days, nights, weekend shifts, and statutory holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing within cleaning target times
• Making beds and changing sheets as per the schedule
• Cleaning washers, dryers and laundry room, including the areas behind machines andremoving lint from dryer after every cycle
• Sanitizing washrooms including shower stalls, shower mats, sinks, toilets, and floorafter each shift change
• Review the Daily Room Allocation sheet and performs any special needs or requeststhat may arise day to day
• Report any damage, theft and abandoned articles to the Supervisor
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practicesand standard operating procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in housekeeping
• Valid First Aid certification is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50lbs
