Our main priority continues to be our health and safety of staff, clients, and the Simpcwul’ecw Territory in which we operate. Simpcw Resources Group (SRG) health and safety team is monitoring Covid-19 latest protocols and putting standards in place to ensure safety is our number one priority. Simpcw Resources Group is assessing the risk daily to determine the most appropriate course of action in each workplace. SRG is following national and local government protocols as they are publicly proclaimed. SRG is implementing the new work protocols and adapting to the new regulations into all aspects of the workplace.
Simpcw Resources Group is communicating with all employees to ensure all recommendations from Public Health are being incorporated to ensure the safety of our employees and stakeholders. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is being monitored and managers are ensuring employees have the right safety equipment based on the local hazard assessment.
