Meet Tiana Lampreau, Security Coordinator in the Security Division based out of head office. One and half years into her role, she continues to appreciate the human connection she's able to foster with her team and community.
What do you like most about being in Security ?
Working with our security team! We have a lot of great people employed and I always enjoy when I get a chance to see them and catch up when there not in the field.
What has been your favorite project?
There hasn’t been just one project I’ve enjoyed in my time as the Security Coordinator. Security continuously flows from project to project, this is my favorite aspect of this position. Taking information as it comes in and creating a solid plan for our team. Above that, I’ve really enjoyed watching and being apart of the growth of the SRLLP Security Division.
Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years?
In two years I would love to be working with SRLLP, I’m very grateful to have this opportunity to be closer to home and in a field of work that I thoroughly enjoy.
How has it been working from home during the recent office closure?
I feel very fortunate that SRLLP adapted so quickly to allow us to work from home. As I’m sure everyone has experienced over the past year, working from home has had it’s challenges, but overall a very pleasant experience.
