We would like to recognize the Barriere/Simpcw youth baseball team for their support. Simpcw Resources LLP supplied the baseball team with a donation of $500 dollars that they put toward orange shirts for their team in support of the recent discovery at the Kamloops Residential School. Thank you to Coach Earl Celesta for providing us with some pictures of the team wearing their orange shirts at a recent ball game. The team is planning to continue to wear their new orange uniforms to stand in solidarity and provide awareness as June is National Indigenous Awareness Month. Simpcw Resources LLP is committed to providing support in the creation of a healthy community by providing financial assistance to community members and/or community groups.
