Looking to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and explore your career options? Our Mentorship Program is designed to support Simpcw Members in developing practical, job-ready skills while working alongside experienced professionals across SRG’s divisions.
This program combines tailored training, real-world experience, and meaningful mentorship to help you grow both personally and professionally. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to expand your experience, you’ll be part of day-to-day operations, learning industry standards, tools, and best practices in a supportive environment.
Mentorship Program Experience
The Mentorship Program includes a series of structured opportunities to set you up for success. Participants will move through key stages, including open-house sessions, resume-building workshops, interviews, and onboarding, all designed to build confidence and readiness for the workplace.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain experience across SRG’s divisions, contribute to impactful projects, and develop skills that translate directly into future career opportunities.
Upon Completion
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a professional package that includes:
